The team deployed agentic AI and natural language processing using Azure AI Services including Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Search. This AI solution modernized manual, highvolume legal workflows and embedded decision support directly into daily tools, grounded in enterprise data from systems such as Certgen Internal, SyncCRM, Internal Spec Server, Dynamics CRM and SharePoint. This approach reduced time-consuming manual efforts and accelerated turnaround.
